Shipping during Black Week

GLS collects packages from us every weekday with delivery the next day, until November 28th.

We will be collecting packages several times on Friday, and also on Saturday and Sunday (November 28 - December 1). However, we learned last year that GLS may take an extra day to process and deliver packages due to busy times during Black Friday.

You can stay updated on GLS's website about their operational status and the extent to which they expect delays.

If you have received an order confirmation, your order has been received and will be processed. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. The package is on its way, even if the tracking does not update immediately.
